    2. Vad integrationen gör

    Kostovski Groups interna Google Workspace-integration ger en behörig användare möjlighet att låta AI-assistenten Claude arbeta i användarens egna Google-konton på användarens uppdrag.

    3. Vilka Google-uppgifter integrationen får åtkomst till, och varför

    • Gmail: läsa, söka, skapa utkast, skicka och hantera etiketter och bilagor.
    • Google Kalender: läsa, skapa, ändra och svara på händelser.
    • Google Drive, Docs, Sheets och Slides: söka, läsa, skapa, redigera, dela, flytta och ta bort filer.

    Åtkomsten används enbart för att utföra uppgifter som användaren själv ber om.

    4. Hur uppgifterna behandlas och lagras

    Integrationen körs lokalt på användarens egen dator. Inloggningsnycklar (OAuth-tokens) lagras endast lokalt på den datorn och delas inte. Integrationen har ingen egen server och lagrar inga kopior av e-post, kalenderdata eller filer, förutom filer som användaren uttryckligen ber om att få nedladdade till sin dator.

    5. Delning med tredje part

    Innehåll från Googles tjänster skickas till Anthropic (leverantör av AI-assistenten Claude) endast i den omfattning som krävs för att utföra den uppgift användaren har bett om. Uppgifter säljs aldrig, används aldrig för reklam och delas inte med någon annan.

    6. Användning av AI

    Uppgifter från Googles API:er används inte för att utveckla, förbättra eller träna generella AI- eller maskininlärningsmodeller.

    7. Efterlevnad av Googles policy

    Kostovski Group's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    8. Lagringstid och radering

    Inloggningen gäller tills användaren återkallar den. Användaren kan när som helst ta bort integrationens åtkomst på https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, och då upphör all åtkomst. Lokalt sparade nycklar raderas samtidigt av användaren.

    9. Säkerhet

    Åtkomst sker via Googles officiella inloggning (OAuth 2.0). Lösenord hanteras aldrig av integrationen.

    2. What the integration does

    Kostovski Group's internal Google Workspace integration allows an authorized user to have the AI assistant Claude work in the user's own Google accounts on the user's behalf.

    3. Which Google data the integration accesses, and why

    • Gmail: read, search, create drafts, send messages, and manage labels and attachments.
    • Google Calendar: read, create, change and respond to events.
    • Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides: search, read, create, edit, share, move and delete files.

    Access is used only to carry out tasks that the user requests.

    4. How data is processed and stored

    The integration runs locally on the user's own computer. Login credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored only locally on that computer and are not shared. The integration has no server of its own and stores no copies of emails, calendar data or files, except for files that the user explicitly asks to download to their computer.

    5. Sharing with third parties

    Content from Google's services is sent to Anthropic (the provider of the AI assistant Claude) only to the extent required to carry out the task requested by the user. Data is never sold, never used for advertising and not shared with anyone else.

    6. Use of AI

    Data from Google APIs is not used to develop, improve or train general-purpose AI or machine learning models.

    7. Compliance with Google's policy

    Kostovski Group's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    8. Retention and deletion

    Authorization remains valid until the user revokes it. The user can remove the integration's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which all access stops. The user deletes locally stored credentials at the same time.

    9. Security

    Access uses Google's official sign-in (OAuth 2.0). The integration never handles passwords.

    10. Your rights under the GDPR

    You have the right to information, rectification, erasure and objection. Contact oliver@kostovski.se. Complaints can be submitted to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

    11. Changes

    This policy may be updated. The date of the latest change is shown at the top.
